6. PAYMENT TERMS

Prices listed on the website for digital products are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pixel Stream Media S.R.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already processed.

7. TERMS OF SALE (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

7.1 Digital Content & Delivery
Since our products are digital (software, apps, downloadable content), delivery is considered complete immediately upon the provision of the download link or access credentials.

7.2 Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)
According to OUG 34/2014 (Romania) and EU Consumer Law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

7.3 User Acknowledgement
By purchasing a digital product from Pixel Stream Media S.R.L., you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content has started. Therefore, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
