No. We deliver high-resolution, professionally edited JPEGs (or PNGs if requested) that are optimized for web and print. The RAW source files remain the intellectual property of the studio to ensure the quality and consistency of our work.

Our packages include standard retouching revisions (color correction, dust removal, minor edits). However, if the specific creative direction changes after the shoot has taken place, for example you want a different angle that was not specified in the brief, a reshoot fee will apply. We highly recommend providing reference images before we start.

Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days from the moment we receive your products in the studio.

No, hosting and domain names are purchased separately so that you retain full ownership of your digital assets. We can recommend high-performance providers (we prefer Linux servers for stability), and we will handle the technical setup and DNS configuration for you as part of the project.

We will also install the necessary plugins according to your specific needs. Please note that these may require annual payments, similar to your server and domain, but these licenses will remain under your full ownership as well.

Absolutely. We build on WordPress using modern, flexible visual themes. Once the project is complete, we provide a handover guide so you can easily update text, change images, and manage products without needing to write code.

We operate on a 50/50 structure. A 50% deposit is required to book your slot in our schedule and start the design process. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval, immediately before we transfer the site to your live domain.
