APP SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER: CRYPTO WHISPERER

1. Scope of This Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies specifically to the software application Crypto Whisperer (“the App”) developed by PIXEL STREAM MEDIA SRL. It supplements, but does not replace, the general disclaimers found on the Pixel Stream Media website.

2. No Financial Advice & Non-Reliance Warning

Crypto Whisperer is a technical monitoring utility, not a financial advisor. The App provides “Text-to-Speech” output based on market data triggers manually defined by the user.

User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the configuration of their own data triggers. The App does not suggest, recommend, or provide any default trading strategies.

Risk: Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. You should not make financial decisions based on the App’s audio or visual alerts. All data is for informational/educational purposes only.

3. Technical Reliability & Foreground Service Disclosure

The App utilizes an Android Foreground Service to ensure the "Audio Heartbeat" remains active while the device is locked. You acknowledge that:

• Service Purpose: This service is user-initiated and required for real-time audio monitoring during multitasking. It can be terminated by the user at any time.
• OS Authority: The Android Operating System maintains the authority to terminate processes to preserve battery or memory.
• Connectivity: The App relies on public internet connectivity to fetch data from Binance and Coinbase. We are not responsible for missed alerts due to signal loss or API downtime.

4. Simulation Only

The “Converter” and “Balance” features are mathematical tools for estimation only. The App is NOT a wallet. No real assets are stored, sent, or received within the App.

1. Relationship to General Website Policy

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to your usage of the Crypto Whisperer mobile application.

• App Usage: Covered by this policy (Zero Data Collection).
• Support Data Exception: Information voluntarily provided via our website contact form (Name/Email) is used exclusively for customer support and is governed by our separate Website Support Policy.

2. Zero Data Collection (App)

We strictly adhere to a “Privacy by Design” philosophy for the App:

• No Accounts: No registration or login is required to use the App.
• Local Storage Only: All settings and configurations are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a backend server to store user data.
• No Tracking: We do not track your location, device ID, or usage habits.

3. Data Permissions & Third Parties

• Internet Access: Used solely to fetch public market data from Binance or Coinbase.
• YouTube: Accessing video tutorials via the App opens an external browser or viewer, subject to YouTube’s privacy practices.
• Local Erasure: Since we do not hold your data, you can erase all App data by uninstalling the application.

Terms of Use (App Specific)

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“the User”) and PIXEL STREAM MEDIA SRL (“the Company”) regarding the use of the App. These supplement the general Terms found at pixelstream.ro/terms/. In the event of a conflict regarding the App, these App-Specific Terms shall control.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices.

3. Restrictions on Use

You explicitly agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the source code of the App.
• Use the App to develop a competing product.
• Bypass technical limitations or license verifications (Google Play DRM).

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its “Voice of the Market” logic, and visual design are the intellectual property of PIXEL STREAM MEDIA SRL and its creator, Balica Septimiu.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue support for the App at any time. Violation of these Terms results in automatic license termination.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, with jurisdiction in the courts of Cluj-Napoca.
